Have Confidence in the ASC Network

In 2013, we did a blog post about what it means and takes to be a CPI (formerly MEI) Authorized Service Center. Our business has evolved after the merger, we've expanded into new markets, sunset certain brands in various regions, and added them in others. This activity meant it was the right time to review and evaluate our ASC Network, as we often do, and make sure that we were still providing the right level of after-market value-added services that meet or exceed the expectations of CPI customers. After all, our goals are to give our customer's confidence in the strong ASC network we partner with to support their ongoing repair and maintenance needs.



Since the fall of 2014, we've added 12 new service center locations in the Americas and APAC; 8 of which are in China, a growing market for Vending. We've also consolidated two contract that once serviced Currenza brand products* and MEI ones separately, into one.



We also said goodbye to a few service centers that closed their doors in 2014 for their own business reasons, like Mountain Coin, as well as a few locations that closed because they weren't a fit for the particular geography they worked in?



In addition to the opening and closing of a few locations, CPI also enhanced our ASC contracts to be more comprehensive. We wanted to insure our joint customers experience the best level of service possible and that our products continue perform well, all of this while providing greater transparency and communication throughout the entire process.



At the end of 2015 CPI vending customers in the Americas and APAC can expect to have:

  • 51 locations servicing MEI / Conlux brands in North America
  • 20 locations servicing the Currenza brand in North America
  • 18 locations servicing MEI/ Conlux brands in China
  • 1 location servicing the Currenza brand in China
  • 12 locations servicing MEI / Conlux brands in Latin America
  • 20 locations servicing the Currenza brand in Latin America
